One of the bug fixes for pb13.4 was not included in the release images. All the newest bits should be there now.

A small update to pb13 has been released fixing a couple of small issues.
- using applications as a Provider’s incoming destination works in more cases
- incoming calls from SIP Providers are now accepted in more cases
These fixes have been available for quite some time but their release was pushed back for various reasons. Apologies for that! We will push point fixes out as soon as possible in the future.
