Pay-As-You-Go
You can purchase increments of direct Askozia configuration and troubleshooting support in our webshop. You will be helped via telephone and be put in direct contact with a developer.

Yearly Integrator Subscription
Integrators have special support needs. In addition to the pay-as-you-go configuration/troubleshooting support, integrators will be offered full 2nd tier assistance. We can help you to choose the right hardware for your install, assist in any migration needs, consult on the new configuration and implement new features for your customers.
A yearly Integrator Subscription costs €600 and includes 6 hours which can be used as you wish. These hours are rolled over if your subscription is renewed and are measured in 1/10th hour (6 minute) increments with a guaranteed 24 hour response time. Additional hours can be purchased for the rates listed below.

Yearly Reseller Subscription
Resellers can also purchase yearly support subscriptions. These include all of the services of an Integrator Subscription with this additional benefit:
- permission to use the Askozia®PBX name and logo for product promotion

These hours are rolled over if your subscription is renewed and are measured in 1/10th hour (6 minute) increments with a guaranteed 24 hour response time. Additional hours can be purchased for the rates listed below.

If your needs to not fit into a subscription model or are too small to justify the commitment, we are also available to do custom development for Askozia®PBX. Do you need a feature added for your project or support for your hardware? We can prepare a custom quote for your needs.
